BOOKING INFORMATION

Reservation confirmed only on receipt of deposit and signed reservation form. In order to assure you of the boat and date of your choice, we suggest that you get your reservation to us as soon as possible. Telephone Reservation without deposits will only be held ten days pending receipt of deposit. The reservation will then be dropped and made available for another booking if deposit is not received.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival your reservation deposit will be transferred and used as your Security Deposit as well as a Credit Card imprint. Security Deposits will be refunded on return less any charges apply.

Pet Policy

There is no extra charge for pets but you are limited to cats and small dogs.

Payment of Charter

The full charter fee is due and payable in 60 days prior to boarding. Please send a post-dated cheque or allow authorization of your Visa/MasterCard payable 60 days prior to boarding. All the time you book your reservation. Your reservation will be cancelled without notice if we do not receive payment in full by your due date.

Insurance Deductible & Liability Buy-Down

You may purchase liability buy-down prior to boarding at $35 per day, plus GST. This reduces the liability to $200.00.

Or,

Sask River Tours carries an insurance policy covering the charter. Should damage be incurred, you will be responsible for paying up to the first $2500.00 of any loss.

A deposit of $2500.00 less deposit will be required at the marina before departure in the form of Certified Cheque, Money order, Cash, Visa or MasterCard or Interact.

Additional Expenses
Insurance, Fuel and Pump out are the only additional expense and must be paid at the end of your vacation. $25 surcharge per person over advertised boat occupancy.

Deposit

A reservation deposit can only be confirmed upon receipt of a Reservation/Security Deposit. The deposit amount varies with boat model. The reservation deposit is due at the time of booking and may be made by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard. Please note we cannot hold a reservation without a deposit.

Cancellation

Your reservation deposit of $1000.00 Palliser Queen and $750.00 Summer Breeze and Wish You Were Here, will be assessed a $350.00 Palliser Queen or $250.00 Summer Breeze and Wish You Were Here cancellation fee, if reservation is cancelled or changed 60 days or more prior to boarding date. All cancellations must be in writing.

In overt of a cancellation. LESS than 60 days prior to boarding date, the full deposit will be forfeited. Sask River Tours will retain your full rental charge unless your boat is recharted and you will then be refunded the recharter value less cancellation fee.
